It has been almost one year since I did the warm hearts 5k. The day was beautiful, the people were friendly and energetic, the run was fun. What more would you want am I right? If you want to get the most out of your run, check your form. Hop on a livestrong treadmill and record yourself. Post it online and ask for advice from other runners.
