Local physicians will be hosting a February Food and Wine event this
Friday night (February 15) at 6 p.m. at the wonderful Match Works Tavern
in Mentor.
Dr. Janet Blanchard, Dr. Lori Stevic-Rust and Dr.
Paul Vanek have teamed up to organize an evening of fine food, wine
tasting stations and music to raise money for United Way of Lake County.
A local pianist will set the mood as guests are invited to
mingle and sample eight different wines paired with appetizer and
dessert stations. Dinner selections will be prepared by Chef Tom Quick
and will include Angus beef short rib, grilled Vancouver salmon or
rosemary and goat cheese macaroni and cheese.
Tickets for the
